* From February 1st to march 31st, 28 day written notice required for deposit refund...but if stay is shortened or cancelled less than 28 days prior to arrival, we will try to re-rent  your room for the full number of days cancelled and refund the amount, less $30.00 administrative charges. Notice delay is 14 days for other months.

Welcome to the Sea Gate Resort. The Management and Staff hope you and your family enjoy your stay. In order to accommodate you, here are a few things you should know.

1- Weekly stays receive full housekeeping once a week. Please let us know what day is best for you. Extra housekeeping service will be $50 additional per event. 
2- For fresh towels, please place your dirty towels outside your door and we'll exchange them for fresh ones in the morning. 
3- There is no maid service on Sundays. 
4- Check out time is 11:00 AM. Should you desire a late check out time, please inform the front desk. Failure to do so, may result in addidional charges to you. 
5- Please do not leave trash out at night. The friendly neighborhood animals (raccoons) will get into it and they love to make a mess. Trash cans are located in the court yard and there is a dumpster behind the building.
6- All guests are responsible for dishes being cleaned. Please clean dishes before checkout. There is a $50 charge if we have to do your dishes.
7- The pool closes at 11:00 PM
8- There is a $100 per pet non-refundable fee. All dog owners must pick up after your pets.
9- Full payment is due upon check-in. There are no refunds given at any time.
10- Registered guest only for overnight stays. Extra guest fee is $10 per night. No parties allowed. You will be evicted from the property and lose any monies paid.
11- There is a $10 charge for lost keys.
12- Illicit and illegal activity will not be tolerated. You will be prosecuted, evicted and you will not received a refund.
13- Parking spaces are reserved for Registered Guest only. One car per room. Should you have a guest, please have them park in the metered spaces across the street.
14- No smoking in the room please. You will be charged a $100 refreshing fee if you smoke in the room.
15- To use the telephone you will need to dial "9" for an outside line. Local calls are $0.50 + tax, calling cards are $0.75 + tax and long distance calls are priced according to current toll charges. For a local call you must dial "954" prior to the seven digit number.
16- The Office is open from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. After hours contacts will be listed on the office door. Please do not disturb after 11.00 PM.
17- Should you require a taxicab, you may phone Yellow Cab at 954-777-7777
